Delivery Information



Delivery times - UK & Channel Islands
We aim to deliver most items within 3-4 working days via Royal Mail services, however at busy times you should allow up to a week.
Some of our items have a slightly longer turnaround time, such as T-shirts and bags, which can take between 7-14 days.

Products will be delivered via our carrier partners Royal Mail. We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. Examples of such delays or failures may include strike action or failure by our delivery companies to deliver your products on time due to exceptional circumstances such as strike action, hazardous weather conditions or accident.


Essential Information

Browsing the site
You can browse our site via product type e.g. Badges, Fridge Magnets etc, and/or by design collection e.g. Martello, Pier etc.

An 'Add to Cart' button appears on every product page. Tapping or clicking on this button will add the item to your cart.
Our shopping cart is provided by Shopify, and when you add an item to your cart/basket a popup will appear giving you the option to view your cart or pay immediately. If you want to continue browsing our products, just hit the back button on your browser to return to the main site - the items in your cart will be stored safely until you are ready to check out. Just click/tap on the Shopping basket icon at the top right of the screen, when you are ready.

The 'Add to Cart' and Shop Pay buttons appear on each product page. Further payment options are available under the 'More payment options' link. Which allows you the option of paying via PayPal and Google Pay too.
We also accept orders paid via bank transfer. If you would prefer to pay this way, please contact us via email and we will send you our payment details.


Orders and Acceptance
After you have placed an order with us, you will receive a receipt of your order - listing the items you have purchased. In the rare event that your item is out of stock, or unavailable, we will contact you within 1 day to action a refund.

Insurance
We insure each product you purchase during the time it is transit from our premises to you. If you are asked to sign for any product(s) delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased product(s) passes to you.


Delivery Postage

UK and Channel Islands We have a fixed fee of £3.30 per order in the UK, presently, regardless of size.
Free collection is available from our popup shop inside CNG Antiques in Walton - if you would like to take advantage of this, please select this option at checkout.

For larger business or wholesale orders - We will calculate the cost of delivery when putting together your quote. We can also offer free delivery for local businesses. Please note that unfortunately we cannot deliver on Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

International Orders
Please contact us for a quote if you would like us to deliver overseas to you. We will always endeavour to find the best deal for you, and offer you a variety of carrier options if available.
