Oh My Naze! Privacy Policy

To fulfil your order, we need to collect personal information during the checkout stage. Our checkout is provided by Shopify. Shopify allows you to pay through a variety of methods including: Paypal, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Use of checkout requires essential cookies to function. By placing an order on our site, and/or using one of these payment services, you are accepting the use of cookies during the shopping basket and checkout stages.

The information we hold will consist of but not be limited to the following: Title; Name; Address; Products purchased from us in the past including their cost; Telephone number if offered to us (this will only be used to contact you regarding your order); and email address. Your credit card details are encrypted after data entry and are securely handled by Shopify. We do not collect any ‘sensitive data’ such as race, religion, biometrics or health data.

It is our policy that your information is private and confidential - Any photos or personal data you supply to us (for product customisation purposes) is deleted within 28 days of your order being placed. If you would like us to keep your designs on file (for future reprints), you can contact us and request this.

Marketing and managing your marketing preferences

We would like to contact you by email to let you know about our new collections and any offers or sales we may be running. If at any time you wish to no longer receive Oh My Naze! emails please contact us at ohmynaze@gmail.com and we will remove your details from our mailing lists.

On our website during checkout you are taken to a secure Shopify page and should always see a closed padlock beside the URL address or at the top/bottom of your browser window. Your transaction is handled entirely by Shopify and we have no access to your card details.
